Our Team.
Kirsten Ludwig, LMHC has been practicing at our Decorah and Cresco locations for more than 20 years. She is skilled in general areas of therapy and also has extensive experience in eating disorders, child therapy, and intimate partner violence.

Dennis Millage, LISW practices in both our Decorah and Cresco locations. He is skilled in general behavioral health services with a specialties including trauma informed care, the treatment of children, and couples therapy.

Amy Millage PMHNP is an experienced nurse practitioner in the field of behavioral health with a passion for assessing and assisting clients with medication management. She is knowledgeable in psychiatric medications for the treatment and success of her clients. Amy offers her services in the Decorah office and with telehealth appointments.
