We offer family counseling to help navigate a number of common and more complex problems which are family related.
The therapists provide you with helpful tools to cope and change relationships. All of our therapists provide this service.
Couples Counseling
Many couples find challenging periods in their relationships. We help our clients explore their difficulties, goals, and look for a path toward the future.
Dennis Millage is a couples counselor and Jennifer Bauman-Roberts provides couples counseling for weekend and evening clients via telehealth video services.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling addresses a variety of concerns. Anxiety, depression, phobias, eating disorders, grief, losses, life transitions, and many other difficulties. Meet with a therapist to assess the difficulty and address it.
All of our therapists are qualified to provide this service.

Child and Adolescent Counseling
We offer child counseling by serving children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues.

Older Adult Counseling
As we age, we may face unique challenges. Those challenges can result in the wise choice to seeking therapy. Older adults may be dealing with issues such as grief and loss, depression, life transition, medically related adjustment issues and more.
All of our therapist are trained to deliver these services. Dennis Millage is our Medicare qualified therapist. Kirsten Ludwig provides these services with other insurance groups.
Trauma Counseling
Experiencing trauma can have a profound impact on our lives at any age. We offer counseling for many forms of trauma. Examples include attachment disorders, loss, abandonment, crime victims, intimate partner violence and more. We will provide a safe and supportive environment to and trauma informed care. All of our therapist can deliver this therapy service.
